To renew your registration annually, by June 1, you must fill out the renewal form, as well as have completed a minimum of 10 hours of continuing education. As you are completing CEE's, add to the "CEE Reporting Form" and complete a "Summary of Learning Outcomes Form" (located under "Forms") for your portfolio. Each year, 10% of the membership will be independently audited, whereby they will have to submit additional information about the continuing education initiatives they have completed. Members are encouraged to keep notes, handouts, certificates and other documents that verify participation/attendance that may be required during an audit.
